This winter we have made our SOLD OUT Shake School sessions even better by doubling the field space so not only will we work on Shake School concepts and techniques but now we will add competitive Game like drills as well!
These sessions are limited to High School ONLY.
(and SELL OUT every year)
1 hour of Shake School dodging, shooting and live 1v1s to help you become a Matchup Nightmare and WIN MORE 1 v 1 matchups followed by 1 hour of competitive drills that replicate game scenarios helping you take your game and lacrosse IQ to an elite level!
