  • Warm Up Drills: Not your normal "dynamic warm up". These warm up drills are "Lacrosse specific" drills that prepare your body for "absorbing and re-directing force". Essentially we are prepping your body to make "GAME DAY" movements 

  • Core Concept Drills: Our "Core Concepts"  give the athletes and coaches a different perspective on winning your 1v1 matchup outside of the "3 dodges" (Split Dodge, Face Dodge, Roll Dodge). These concepts empower athletes to take advantage of "space and time" in an efficient and creative fashion. 

  • Advanced Movement Training: Our "Advanced Movement" Drills combine our "Core Concepts" into different "Lacrosse Specific" sequences and movement patterns that are designed to "over train" the athlete  so that Game Day movements are dynamic and second nature ...ALL while helping the athletes PREVENT INJURIES!

Our movement patterns and training techniques are all very focused on "injury prevention". And our belief is that you can not be explosive on game day if you are not TRAINING the same way on a regular basis.
